The Stitcher 3D concept

Hi, my name is kevin i'm a french beginner 3D artist, sorry if my english hurt your eyes. i didnt knew about challenge like this  until today, this is my first one, i just wanted to give a try, test my imagination and improve  my own workflow even if i know i'll do massive mistake. 

so this is my initial concept idea, i'm not good at drawing at all, so i just tried to find a silouhet that appeal me with a mix of different animal part like:

 crocodile tail in the back with exoskeleton for reiorcement, Elephant hear as wing, gorilla and human head mix, gorrila arm with metal  claw, Kangaroo legs with metal claw too

i thought that exo skeleton part could be insert  due to the fact that all part are made with different animals so combining certain part with techology can solve some problem with different anatomy and different weight

i want there creature mainely  move with his two arm and the tail to mix kangaroo and gorilla fight. i'll rifine a bit my concept by thinking the way he kill his prey.

After working on the silouhette, i just randomly photobash to make idea pop. this process took me few  hours until i reach this intial concept. this will probably not be the final idea but this will be my guide line. 

i feel like this concept doesnt fit with  Director's notes. May be too high tech. it's like he could be an horror version of multiple spiderman vilain mixed together

there is not real restriction about timeline so i'll keep some Cyber part

This is a first variation in zbrush i change the face for something more "monstrous"

I cut the legs cuse ive another idea for the next update.
