John - Eastward

This is a reimagined character, John from Eastward but in the style of The Long Dark.

The main challenge I was having with this project was creating him without a full concept and the style shift, from pixel art to a full 3D character. Another focus of this project was to experiment with texture to trying to get the hand-painting feel of The Long Dark
