Viking War Aftermath - Real-Time UE5 Modular Meshes, Textures, and Materials
Nature-focused 3D Environment Art for Unreal Engine 5 utilizing RGB Masks and Vertex Painting for modular texturing solutions. The environment is about the aftermath of war between giants, burying the civilization that once stood within the chasm. The inspiration for this piece came from Elden Ring's boss-battle level design. I imagine this can be a backdrop for the fight that might take place.
Specifications:
- 56 Static Meshes total alongside Boulders, Rocks, Stones, Weapons, and Architectural Rubble (Foliage is from MegaScans).
- 12 RGB Masks for the Boulders and Statues.
- 5 Custom Normals plugged in the RGB Mask Shaders used on Boulders, Statues, and Rocks.
- 10 Tiling Texture sets for stones, weapon trim sheets, moss, mud, and wood.
- 20 Materials with parenting hierarchy for texture consistency.
