Uncover Hidden Talent: Hire the World’s Top New Digital Artists
I realized I wanted to work in 3D CG animation as a teenager after being captivated by movies like "Toy Story" and experimenting with 3D modeling software. Attending an animation festival and majoring in Animation and Visual Effects in college solidified my passion for combining art and technology in this field.
I first realized I wanted to work in the creative industries during my childhood. Growing up, I was constantly surrounded by art and stories. My parents encouraged my imagination by filling our home with books, movies, and art supplies. I spent countless hours drawing characters from my favorite stories, creating new worlds, and dreaming up adventures.
As a teenager, I discovered digital art and the world of concept art through video games and animated films. I was fascinated by the behind-the-scenes work of concept artists who brought fantastical worlds and characters to life. I began teaching myself digital painting and illustration, spending countless hours experimenting with different techniques and styles.
The turning point came during a family trip to an art museum when I was about ten years old. I remember standing in front of a massive painting, completely mesmerized by its detail and the emotions it evoked. It was in that moment, surrounded by masterpieces, that I felt a profound desire to create art that could move people in the same way.
It all started when I first played a game called "God of War 2018 & God of War : Ragnarok" one of the amazing Game of Awards game on Steam and was wondering behind the scenes of the progress of making the games and models. I figured it out that each and every assets were created with passion and effort to accomplish an artwork. Which this leads to an opportunity and question in my head, "Am I going to be the best 3D artist?". Eventhough if I become the best 3D artist the question will remains.
Before i embarked on this career path i was studying in a business school. Through the years i felt like i didn't belong in this field. I enjoy games and i had friends who were game illustrators and animators who gave me the extra push i needed to swap career paths and follow this dream of mine. When i was younger i wanted to create my own game or be a part of a big game project so this is the first step i need to achieve my dream.
I actually watched a video one day called :"The World of Opera: A Behind the Scenes Look at the Creation of Yun Jin | Genshin Impact". What struck me wasn't just the technical prowess behind her design, but the profound impact she had in revitalizing a dying traditional culture that breathed new life bridging the gap between past and present. In that moment, I experienced a revelation: I wanted to pursue 3D modelling.
