Hello! I will be showcasing two of my projects that I have worked on during and after my studies at Think Tank Training Centre.

Project Yellow

This project was originally made for my Intermediate term project. This project was made using the concept art by Art of Maki.  (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/aYD4n9)

This was originally a project that we were tasked in during the Intermediate Term at Think Tank where we only had around a month to work on. However, since I loved the concept art so much I decided to re-work it after I had completed my studies using all the techniques and skills I had gained throughout my studies.

I used Zbrush for sculpting the character, along with Blender for modeling and Marvelous Designer for the outfit creation.

For the body and the head, I used a base character mesh from 3D Scan Store to speed up my process. I then sculpted the likeness and once I was happy with the head, I took it to Unreal Engine and I created a MetaHuman Identity so that I could re-use the facial rig.

I was able to create a rig for my character using a few classes that were provided to us from Think Tank Training Centre. I was able to copy the facial rig from the Meta Human Identity and added it to my characters rig.

I used X-gen for the hair, I was able to speed up the process by converting edges of a braided mesh into guides. The guides were then manually adjusted to add more details and some variations in the hair.

I created some props and some modular meshes for the train station in Blender, and the Police stop sign was made in Marvelous Designer.

Project Drift

This project was made for my Mentorship project at Think Tank Training Centre, along with the help of my mentor Denis Melenets. I was able to use the concept art by CABORO to re-create the character.

I used Zbrush for the creating the base meshes and the sculpts, I used Blender for some of the modeling and Marvelous Designer for the outfit creation.

For this character, I had decided to pose the character in Marvelous before exporting the meshes to Zbrush. I felt like this made the project more challenging but it also made it more fun. Seeing how it would come to life by the dynamic pose of the concept art.

The hair was made in Xgen, I was able to find a timelapse by Hadi Karimi which was a great help in re-creating the dreadlocks.

I also tried to experiment using the materials and the post process effects in Unreal to create some stylized renders.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post!
