Panda - Game Ready Character

I first blocked out the sculpt in zbrush, deciding on a relaxed A-pose, and added some basic polypaint to make texturing later on easier. Once it was finalised, I sculpted the details and moved to retopology and unwrapping in Maya.

Once done, I baked the details and finalised the textures in Substance Painter. I must thank Shyuen Qi Kok on Artstation (https://www.artstation.com/kimshyuen18) for her help with the translation of Chinese on the panda's weapon and necklace! The text is an excerpt from the Diamond Sutra.

 The lowpoly was imported back into Zbrush, where I posed the panda into the desired stance. The model was then rendered in Marmoset and uploaded to Sketchfab.
