Here is my 2024 Demo Reel, showcasing projects made during the first half of the year. Those projects were the opportunity to learn a lot of new software and workflows, leveling up my environment skills. 

This project was my first large scale environment made with Houdini. After building the terrain using the heightfield tools and procedural arnold texturing, I went on to model trees in Speedtree for the first time. I then worked on the scattering of the rocks and vegetation, trying to match my natural references as best as I could. This project is based on the vast pine lakes around the American West Coast. 

The castle was modeled in Maya and textured in houdini using triplanars, because of its distance to the camera. The modeling on this project taught me how to work with modular parts to build bigger detailed structures.

Made in Collaboration with classmates from ArtFx, this project aimed to achieve a cinematic feeling in an environment shot, studying and remaking a shot from The Creator. 

I worked on the the boats and bridges, water lookdev, lighting and compositing.
