Ikshin, broken lifeblood

Shinsei is the protagonist of this story. He is a 13-year-old boy who lost his parents when he was little due to the wars caused by the feared Zalgar clan.

Shinsei is always accompanied by his partner Teiku. This little fox is inspired by the pokemon Eevee, since it looks very sweet and I thought it would be a good option as a companion for the protagonist.

Tokumei or Mei, is the current leader of the Zalgar clan. She took over the position after defeating the former leader, who had been her captor some time before. Her mask has an inscription in Japanese that says "Tokumei", from which she takes her name. This word means "anonymous" or "nameless"

She is the main villain of the story and the vessel of the god in charge of doing evil in the underworld. Her stormy and sad past made Tokumei become a person with a thirst for blood, and it is for this same reason that this deity finds the young woman the ideal vessel in which to establish it's power and reincarnate.

In this universe there are two incorporeal deities in charge of maintaining the balance between humans and Ikshin (which are the equivalent of Pokemon in this case). This temple is the place where the god Einai, representative of goodness, rests.
