Amandine Grenier - Le Monde est ton Huître/The World is your Oyster

Le Monde est ton Huître/ The World is your Oyster visual development I did for the film, including some background research where I experimented with colors, style, and background designs.  The setting of the film was unusual to us and we wanted the architecture and the colors to add to the nostalgic summerish vibe we wanted to achieve.

This film was made with Lou Hinn, Malou Plu, Haï Martin, and Quentin Le Floc'h, it has its own entry in the film of the year 2D animation category.

Some more visual development, this time some color keys and props design. I wanted the colors to overall match that retro feel we wanted for the film.

Some final Backgrounds for the film. The main challenge for the film was to maintain coherence and quality throughout the movie. This shaky line was a really valuable choice because of the time gained on backgrounds that we could then invest in FX animation and because of the way it complements the compositing choices.

This film was made in collaboration with Hannah Maria, Juliette Goujon and Anne-Laure Magdeleine.

This project was more cartoonish and we experimented a lot with point of views, shapes and vibrant colors in order to better express the anxiety of our main character.
