YiTi3D - 3D Arts Portfolio

Introduction

Hello, my name is Pedro Ramirez Jr, YiTi3D is my artistic name. I'm currently enrolled in Think Tank Training Centre, Env for Games, but I'm also a self-learner who is evolving every day. My passion for 3D art is huge, you can find my Artstation Portfolio here : https://www.artstation.com/yiti3d

Crab Tank - TTTC Intermediate Hero Asset

This is my hero asset for Think Tank Training Centre, intermediate term assignment. I worked six weeks on this asset, It the first time I've modeled a vehicle or something similar. It's based in the concept art of "がとりんぐ" AKA "gatring3". It was a little tough but also fun, and I'm happy how it turned out. I want to thank my supervisor Kacper Niepokólczycki my Think Tank classmates, and friends for their feedback and help.

Tool Shop - Think Tank Training Centre Foundation Final

This the final project that I did for the last weeks at Think Tank Training Centre Foundation Term, I worked 43 days on this piece, and you can follow all my progress in the time-lapse reel since day 1, I want to thank my supervisor, Fabricio Rezende, and my classmates for their feedback and help. Being in TTTC was one of the best experiences of my life. I've met a lot of amazing people and made a lot of friends. Being with you guys all day in Discord while working has been great. Thank you so much for being the best classmates I've had. This project was a difficult task for me because I've never matched something 100% before like this. I learned all sorts of things and applied a lot of unusual techniques to get the perfect match in terms of camera matching, modeling matching, sculpting, lightning and simulation. I hope you like it, and feel free to feedback.

Think Tank Training Centre Foundation Work

This is a compilation of the work I did during my foundation term at TTTC

Stylized Stone Environment - Environment Practice UE5

I modeled this environment based on the concept of Heather Lind for my 2nd and 3rd weeks at Think Tank Training Centre Foundation Term. Originally, this was only going to be a modeling practice, but I textured it and rendered it in Unreal Engine.

Grenades - Asset Practice

I modeled these grenades for my 4th week at Think Tank Training Centre Foundation Term. Originally, this was only going to be a modeling practice, but I completely finished them and rendered them in Unreal Engine.

Tentacle Chest - Modeling, Texturing and Look Dev Practice

I did This tentacle chest back in weeks 5th and 6th TTTC Foundation term, I did the baking in Substance, but all the texturing were done entirely in Mari, this practice was very interesting for me because it was the first time I used Mari, rendering was done in V-Ray matching resolution and camera angle. I hope you like it, and feel free to give feedback.

Concept provided by TTTC.

Backpack - Game Prop Art

I modeled and sculpted this backpack for my weeks 7th, 8th and 9th at Think Tank Training Centre Foundation Term. The first sculpting pass was made in Mudbox to learn the software. I also dedicated four days more to fixing a lot of problems. In these days, I used ZBrush to polish more of the sculpting, I reduced a lot of poly count for my low poly mesh, I created opacity maps for the zipper teeth, UVs and textures were made from scratch to fix a lot of stretching problems, and I took an UE5 render. I also took a Render in KeyShot for my High Poly mesh using the ZBrush bridge, hope you like it and feel free to feedback.

Mechanical Bug Monster

This was my entry for The Rookies Weekly Drill #88 2023 Mechanical Bug. Working on this piece was super exciting, and this was my first time participating in a weekly drill, modeled in Maya and rendered in UE5.

These were my best pieces that I have, but you can see more of my work on ArtStation
Thanks for reading!
