Love Accident
This is one of my school project which I have used 4 to 5 weeks to complete it. The most challenging part is the facial expression of both characters as this project doesn't involve much of body mechanics to tell the story. The most important acting is the eyes and eyebrows, even the eye ducts can express the personalities. Andy Lau is one of my acting study references when I was filming my own facial expression as references.
Besides, I went for a realistic animation and acting referenced from Pearl film so the graph must look like a heartbeat monitor, instead of big waves. During polish stage, the subtle movement should stay subtle while the big movements should be obvious.

After Work
I was quite enjoyed when filming acting references for this project, especially these kind of stretching and big movements. Although it is annoying when animating the arc movement, I was still satisfied with the outcome after I had tried to observe and spent lots of time to get a nice flowy movements.

Glass of Water
This is my first animation project that involves characters interaction. To make the personalities difference obvious, I wanted the waiter to be more lively and extrovert while the customer is more quiet and awkward. The faster way of doing this type of interaction animation is to make sure that both character have no huge difference on animating progress. If you think it is weird on the interaction, still have chances to refine the acting for both characters.

Lastly, I'm going to end my submission with this animation. This is not my best animation artwork but it always reminds me of what I have improved during my learning journey and my passion towards animation!
