ABOUT ME

My name is Yasin Bachi Benssad and have since last year graduated from Malmö University where I attented Architechture Visualisation and Communication. I have a Bachelor's degree in Built Environment. Since graduating last year, I have been learning 3ds max, Photoshop Post Production, and the rendering software corona.   I have been honing my skills in 3D Visualisation, and its something I am very passionate about.

The Villa Project - Norway

Project Overview:

Concept and Design:

Inspired by the clean lines and open spaces characteristic of contemporary Norwegian architecture, the villa features a sleek, rectangular structure that blends seamlessly into the rocky terrain. The design emphasizes open-plan living, with large, floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for an abundance of natural light and provide unobstructed views of the picturesque environment.

Materials and Techniques:

The villa's exterior showcases a combination of natural wood and concrete, materials chosen for their durability and aesthetic appeal. The interior design continues the theme of minimalism, with a neutral color palette and understated furnishings that enhance the sense of space and tranquility.

Tools and Software:

This project was brought to life using industry-standard software such as Autodesk 3ds Max for modeling, Corona for rendering, and Adobe Photoshop for post-production enhancements. The use of these tools ensured a high level of realism and detail in the final renders.

City Plaza Project

Project Overview:

The City Plaza Project is a vibrant architectural visualization that brings to life an urban space designed for community interaction and leisure. Featuring a blend of commercial shops, public greenery, and seating areas, this project illustrates the potential of urban design to foster social engagement and enhance the quality of city living.

Concept and Design:

The design concept for the city plaza revolves around creating a dynamic and welcoming environment where people can gather, shop, and relax. The plaza includes a variety of retail spaces, each with large storefront windows to attract shoppers and enhance visibility. Interspersed throughout the plaza are green spaces with trees, shrubs, and flowers, providing a refreshing contrast to the urban setting.

Materials and Techniques:

The plaza's construction features modern materials such as glass, steel, and concrete, chosen for their durability and aesthetic appeal. The green spaces are landscaped with a selection of native plants to ensure sustainability and ease of maintenance. Public benches and seating areas are strategically placed to encourage people to linger and enjoy the surroundings.

The Chair Project

Inspired by the stunning landscapes and architectural beauty of Santorini, the design of these bungalows combines traditional Greek elements with modern luxury.
