I wanted to show the best projects that I have done surante in my studies at NABA Nuova Accademia di belle Arti. What I've been passionate about these years is surely the creation of immersive environments for video games and the creation of addictive gameplay mechanics.

1. WILD REBIRTH

My first project to exhibit is my thesis project, which is a survival tech demo in Unreal Engine 5.2.

We find ourselves in a post-apocaliptic setting where nature has regained possession of the planet. Here, I took care of the creation of the landscape and the environment.

I also developed blueprints for game mechanics, specifically for managing the character's temperature in the environment.

Tropical Rain Forest package contains the assets that were taken.

Hypothermia Post Process Effect.

Decreases the character's temperature when he is in a cold area.

Increases the character's temperature if he is in a hot enough area.

2. GOTHIC MANSION

In this Project I used Unreal 5.0 to create the environment for an FPS video game.

I wanted to have a dark atmosphere and a high level of realism, I also modify the Lyra template in the blueprints because the base template didn't look well with the environment.

The assets were taken from the Unreal Engine store, while the mansion was taken from Sketchfab and remodeled in Maya to fit my needs.

3. RUMINATE

This is a two-week project, the scope was to create a game in Unity with leaderboard and Arduino. 

The game consist of escape from a shadow that run behind you and choice the right path to reach the end, you can change props in game with help of Arduino.

I took care of the creation of the game mechanics, the integration of Arduino, and the creation of dynamic rankings. The project was developed in C#.

Giulia Albini Colombo created some of the assets while others were taken from the Unity store.

4. JAPANESE BAR

This is my first project in Maya, I wanted to recreate a Japanese bar.

All the assets and materials are my own creation, except for the images on the posters that were taken from the internet.
