Tempestas

The proposed CGI audiovisual project focuses on exploring the complexities of time, life, and temporal dilation in a frenetic and noisy world. Inspired by Virgil's verse, “Sed fugit interea, fugit irreparabile tempus,” the aim is to create a poetic experience that reflects on the fleeting nature of human existence and the natural world. Using tools such as Houdini, Maya Autodesk, Substance Painter, and Nuke, 3D scenes will be designed to represent significant moments of life and nature.

The visual narrative will be accompanied by a carefully selected soundscape to intensify the viewer's emotional experience. Ultimately, the project seeks to invite a deep reflection on the perception of time and beauty in an increasingly fast-paced world, highlighting the poetic possibilities of CGI in creating alternative visual and auditory narratives.
