Ready to relieve some stress?

Stressy Squishy a comedy about a stress toy's mental health and his quarter-life crisis. He decides to go to therapy thinking it would be a good start to have peace of mind but little does he know, the therapist isn’t very professional.

Stressy the Bunny!

Stressy the Bunny is the main character of this animated short. He is stressed and anxious about his problems and wants someone to talk to. However, the therapist not only has no empathy but also doesn't pay attention at all!

From coming up with the ideas for this film to doing visual development, then modeling, texturing, and rigging. It has been quite a journey. It was fun to play around with the model and rig to explore how to achieve the squishy look I was looking for. I tried a few different methods to make the eyes pop works and did a lot of corrective for the face and body rig because of how smooth Stressy should be. 

The Sets

There are a lot of different sets in this short film. I had a lot of fun exploring the textures, lighting, and models. I tried to make the therapy room cozy and relaxing. Making more and more intense contrasts between the first montage and the second montage was also very fun and challenging.
