This is my entry to the 2024 Rookies Award. These projects are my part of my graduation film directed at Ecole Mopa, plus some personnal artworks done on my free time to get better and have some fun. I hope you'll like them ! 

The Smiling Man - 3D character modeling

With this project I wanted to create a character that could fit my favorite horror movies. I was searching for an uncanney feeling, while maintaining a great technical quality.

I learned a lot on this project !

"APRES PAPI" graduation short film - Directing

This is my graduation short film done at Ecole MoPA, France. I directed this project along side Juliette Michel, Axel Sence, Florian Gomes Freitas and Victoria Leviaux

I was responsable of the writing, storyboarding, editing, layout and modeling part of the film. I also worked on surfacing, animation and compositing. 

Our objective with this short film was to create a project close to the storytelling of major animation studios like Pixar. We wanted our story to convey as much emotions as possible, and to push the visuals.

For my part, I worked with Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Houdini, Nuke, Blender, Photoshop, Prism. 

All props and backgrounds of the shortfilm got a sculpted pass in Zbrush. Then, we used the decimation master plug-in to reduce and optimize the polycount on every non-deformable assets. And finally we used the StandIn option in Maya to optimize our scenes even more. 

We wanted to get a "hand made" look on the movie, to make it more belivable. 

Bird Knight - 3D animation

This is my last personnal project. I really loved working on this design. This was my first rig done on Maya, and I did the animation in about a week.

Costal Dragon - 3D creature modeling 

The goal here was to get better at modeling and sculpting a huge creature. We had so much fun designing the dragon with my friend Lucas Cros, taking huge inspirations at masters like Antoine Verney Caron or Alexander Ostrowski.

Done with Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Nuke and Photoshop.
