Lonely Boat
A project I made during my time here at Futuregames. I took this opportunity to learn the ocean spectrum system in Houdini, and how to assemble/light a scean in Solaris.

Scene Assembly - Every asset in the scene were put together in solaris. The camera setup + lighting was also made there. The final output was rendered in Karma XPU. (Had to render it in 1K to save on time :).
The mountains in the back were made using heightfields, the boat is a free asset from sketchfab!
Postprocessing- Very simple grading and sound design done in Davinci
