Nespresso and the Bauhaus

The brief

In a creative rush of few days, redesign the logo and the graphic universe of a brand and its emblematic product according to an art movement of the twentieth century.

The Bauhaus ?

The Bauhaus is an institute of arts and crafts founded in 1919 in Weimar by Walter Gropius, which by extension refers to an artistic current concerning architecture and design, but also photography, costume and dance. Primary colours such as red, lemon yellow, cobalt blue and black and white are mainly used. This movement established the foundations for reflection on modern architecture, and in particular the international style.

What does it look like ?

Nespresso puts itself in the colours of the Bauhaus and uses its codes. The stretched "N" logo is accompanied by a geometric pattern available in different colors depending on the flavor of the coffee.

The packaging is mainly black, showcasing only what is necessary.
