Hello, I am Yohan Affonço, a French multidisciplinary graphic designer and illustrator based in Paris, France. Authenticity, transparency, and communication are fundamental to me in every project, pushing them beyond their limits.
Robert Delaunay Exhibition
Orphism is an art mouvement created by Robert and Sonia Delaunay in the early years of the 20th century. It is an offshoot of cubism that focused on pure abstraction and bright colors. My main goal was that the graphic identity would give the same impression a Robert Delaunay’s painting would. I therefore chose to use this circular shape as the main gimmick in my productions. In addition to that, each poster is in a different color from Delaunay’s painting. By using them together, Delaunay’s orphism can finally appear.
Dusk - Shutdown
Dusk is a fictional electronic music group inspired by the French Touch of the 2000s, while being heavily influenced by rock from the 80s and 90s. Created during the first lockdown in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, the group began composing their first tracks live from sunset to sunrise during their live sessions.
De Geneve à Monza
Visual identity for a luxury trip organized around the Italian Formula 1 Grand Prix in Monza, in partnership with Alpine. The trip lasts a week, including four days of a road trip through the Alps. Entitled "From Geneva to Monza," this ultra-luxury journey is organized by Travel & Sport in collaboration with Alpine and is reserved for a very limited number of participants.
