Round of applause for our sponsors

I am proud to share my latest compositing showreel, showcasing my latest works this 4th semester at Kristiania University College! I'm open for any feedback, so take a look! 😊

---

This reel showcases these works:

1: Almost Full CG combined with plate

In this shot I've received assets, FX and 3D track from Storm Studios, for practicing compositing on an actual film, called "The North Sea". Here I was responsible for Multipass compositing and creating an unique look on the shot.

2: 2D integration of elements onto plate

In this shot I was responsible for switching out the background, extending the house, and adding 3D snow to simulate that the BG was never touched. This shot among many others was completed for the film "Dead men in the skitrack", where I both worked as a compositor, but also my first ever project as a VFX supervisor for the other co-students involved on the film.

3: CG-integration into Live action

In this shot I shot the plate myself, tracked in syntheyes, made textures and fixed skinning (from mixamo rigging) on the model and integrated it into the shot with compositing in Nuke.

4: Keying & Wire Removal on a film-clip provided by the film "Skjelvet (2018)"

In this shot I had complete freedom to make a BG of my choice, and then integrate the plate into the BG.

The shot needed both wire-removal, keying, 3D-projected BG, and integration to make the shot work in it's entirety.

5: CG integration into plate:

In this shot I've received assets, roto, FX and 3D track from Storm Studios, for practicing compositing on an actual film, called "The North Sea". Here I was responsible for Multipass compositing and creating an unique look on the shot, with an emphasis on edgework and techniques for doing that.
